Please note; We can carry out warranty repairs for vehicles from new, however in order for us to carry out warranty repairs on vehicles more than 1 year old, it is our policy that we must have carried out a service/habitation on the vehicle within the last 12 months.

When booking a repair or service please make sure you have your vehicle nearby and documentation at hand.
It is of utmost importance that you have your full service record available as manufacturer's may refuse a warranty claim where evidence of service history carried out by a manufacturer recognised workshop or NCC Approved Workshop at the recommended intervals cannot be supplied.
We may need your vehicle build number or chassis number and in certain circumstances we may also require numbers from individual components depending on the warranty conditions imposed by the vehicle manufacturer.
