 We are proud to announce our affiliation with the manufacturer Dometic (formerly Electrolux) as a new Area Controller in Scotland.

There are only 3 dedicated Area Controllers in Scotland

We are part of a wide network of engineers (there are 26 Area Controllers in the UK) dedicated to  carrying out all warranty work for the above groups and servicing specific areas per postcodes allocated.

We manage all warranty issues occurring within our postcode area.

We at present cover Scotland, Central, South and West for postcodes G, ML, KA, DG, TD.

If you have a fault with any product from any of the above manufacturers and you are based within the specified postcodes then we are able to repair the product.

WE ALSO NEED; 4 NUMBERS LOCATED ON THE IDENTIFICATION PLATE, THESE ARE;

PRODUCTION  NUMBER, MODEL, TYPE AND SERIAL NUMBER.

THE DATE 1ST REGISTERED AND THE MAKE & MODEL OF THE VEHICLE WITH CHASSIS NUMBER.
