We operate a really busy workshop and the phones and emails are not manned 24/7.

However, we do answer all telephone and email enquiries as soon as we possibly can, giving prioroty to emergencies, (Safety is our number one concern!).

Meet The Bosses!

 

Meet Karrena; Business Manager @ MLVS Ltd. Karrena comes from a Customer Service background and has over 20 years experience in this field having worked for the Police, Government and Local Council's.
In her spare time Karrena enjoys the great outdoors and enjoys nothing better than a good country walk, spending time with her family, socialising and most of all family holidays. Karrena also plays the guitar and enjoys reading and drawing when she gets a spare moment!
Karrena's biggest dream was to fulfil her wish of running her own business before turning 40; after many years of being in a comfort zone, Karrena established the business with her husband Joe, at the age of 37!
Karrena has been with the business from day one and continues to deliver first class customer service on a daily basis. Responsible for accounts, advertising, marketing and all sales and enquiries, Karrena is also responsible for the management & design of this website and all content.

Meet Joe; Director & Engineer @ MLVS Ltd. Joe qualified as an HGV Technician at an early age, following a multi-million pound award winning training programme with Parcel Force. After changing career and studying biochemistry at University, Joe was employed in varied business fields and last worked as a Product Development Manager for a private chemical company for over 10 years. In this position, Joe managed accounts in Scotland and Ireland mainly dealing with developing new products for large business's from initial concept to sales. Joe privately funded his own training to become a motorhome/caravan engineer and studied gas and electrics to enter into his current role as Director/Workshop Manager for MLVS Ltd alongside his wife Karrena.

Joe loves all things outdoors, especially caravanning and camping. Joe is an avid fan of classic cars and loves nothing better than to tinker with his beloved morris minor whenever he gets the time!  Following the death of Joes sister, Joe decided life was too short and decided to leave his comfortable job and take a risk in following his passion to start a business in the leisure vehicle industry.

It was Joe's passion for caravanning that inspired him to become involved in the Industry. Joe, is by far a true professional when it comes to working on Motorhomes & Caravans and therefore guarantees all work he carries out. You will find no other with the Technical expertise that Joe has to offer.

Joe is also somewhat an electrical genius who will always work hard to diagnose  & fix any electrical fault. 'He's got it wired!!' Joe is educated to a high standard and you will always find him working with a smile' because he takes pride in his work and is 100% committed to customer satisfaction; Always'.
