(Please note, we can carry out repairs for vehicles from new; however in order for us to carry out warranty repairs on vehicles more than 1 year old (with the exeption of Dometic UK), it is our policy that we must have carried out a service/habitation on the vehicle within the last 12 months. (Including vehicle details, and date of first registration) before calling to book your warranty repair, as we may need some details including proof of service history and serial number of product etc, before we can proceed with the claim.
