  Meet Joe MacPhail; Director & Engineer @ MLVS Ltd. Fully qualified Caravan and Motorhome and Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Joe comes from a very technical background and is a fully qualified time served HGV Technician, having trained and worked with Parcel Force UK. After a spell at College and University, Joe worked as a Product Development Manager for an Industrial Chemical company for over 10 years. During 2007/2008, Joe spent  personal time and money training to become Gas qualified to ACS standard and registered as Gas Safe (formally Corgi) and City & Guilds qualified in Caravan and Motorhome Engineering and 17th Edition Electrics.

(Joe says, that working on Caravans is to him ''like working on dinky toys!'')

It was Joe's passion for caravanning that inspired him to become involved in the Industry. From a young age Joe has always aimed to run his own business and both he and his wife Karrena teamed up as business partners in 2008 to jointly run MLVS Ltd.

Joe is by far a true professional when it comes to working on Motorhomes & Caravans and therefore guarantees all work he carries out.

The workshop offers a 12 month guarantee on all labour unless extended by individual manufacturer's warranties.

                         You will find no other with the Technical expertise that Joe has to offer.
Joe is also somewhat an electrical genius who will always work hard to diagnose & fix any electrical fault. 'He's got it wired!!' Joe is educated to a high standard and you will always find him working with a smile' because he takes pride in his work and is 100% committed to customer satisfaction.

The Motorhome & Caravan Workshop offers First Class Servicing in our fully equipped

7,000 sq ft Workshop.

The MacPhail family, have been avid caravanner's for many, many years, travelling lots

of miles, and know how important it is to have your vehicle up to date with Servicing &

Repairs.

They have in the past witnessed families who have had to return home during their stay due to lack of maintenance or sometimes just ignorance regarding the operations of a vehicle.

(Once a family had to return home because the roof light on their motorhome had blown off, because it had not been closed properly - they had no one to turn to for help as the nearest Dealer was hundreds of miles away and even then, wouldn't help them  because they weren't the supplying Dealer.

Now if MacPhails were contacted we would have gone the extra mile to help in this situation and would have repaired the vehicle temporarily, allowing the family to have stayed on and enjoyed their hard earned holiday, and then we would have arranged contact on the families return).

(They were new to caravanning and ....... if they had used MacPhails, to service their caravan before embarking on their journey, would maybe still be holidaying in their caravan today).
